Hand Therapy and Upper Extremity Rehabilitation.   

Encompasses  evaluation, ROM exercises, manual therapy, scar mobilizations, joint mobilizations, strengthening, fine motor retraining and coordination, modalities, splinting and home exercise program in order to return to living and doing the activities you enjoy.

Occupational Therapy assists clients in living at home for longer.  OT focused on safety, adaptation/modifications and home exercise to increase strength, balance and function.   Assisting a client to live at home and  increase their functional ability.

Ergonomic recommendations to improve your work station, assisting in creating a more efficient and safe environment.  Education on prevention of repetitive motion injuries.  Exercise program designed to increase ROM/strength and prevent injuries.   Offering onsite visits or remote visits.  

Myofascial release and trigger point therapy, soft tissue moblization, joint mobliization, instrument assisted massage, scar mobliization, to assist in unwinding the tissue and regaining ROM/function and allow for healing.

Tele Therapy available in the State of Florida.  HIPPA secure platform with HEP through MedBrige for ability to access therapy from your home or office.  Remote visits for evaluation, instruction on massage techniques and home exercise program, adaptations/modifications and follow up for therapy progression.
